Re: ResMed new FFM the F30 available for pre order at cpap.com
Purchased on Monday for $169 . Got a call a few hours later from CPAP.com asking if it was ok to reduce the price to $132. He mentioned it was to ship on Tuesday but has yet to . CPAP.com and forum has contributed greatly to my CPAP success and I seldom appreciate a company as much. We are lucky to ...

Re: F20 Cushion Design Change?
Have the Padacheek liner but it doesn't address the more narrow cushion @ the bridge of nose, issue . Tried the F20 last night and today I have red irritation marks on the sides of bridge. Skin will be broken if I continue a few more days with the F20. I think the supports towards the top of cushion...

F20 Cushion Design Change?
Have been using the F20 since it's inception. Approximately 3 months ago the F20 large cushion began to irritate both sides of the bridge of my nose until it broke the skin. Had to switch to Dreamware full face mask which is ok but it isn't as comfortable as the F20. Has anyone noticed a change in h...

Re: F20, comfortable but loud
What pressure are you using?
I find the F20 becomes noisy @ pressures of 15 and above.

Re: F20 vs. F20 for Her
You are correct. The F20 For Her frame is more narrow than the regular frame. The cushions are the same. My wife went through an F20 fitting three weeks ago . The For Her frame fit her poorly. She uses the For Her headgear and the regular frame.

Re: Enlarged Nasal Turbinates and Nasal Masks
Had turbinate reduction surgery about 5 years ago . Before surgery ahi was over 12 using a ffm . Two weeks after surgery it was under 1. Turbinates are acting up again and ENT said I should have surgery again. Snores have returned and ahi is over 1. Looking forward to the procedure.

Re: AirTouch™ F20 mask
AirTouch cushion does not work for me. It seems to be more narrow at the bridge than the F20 cushion and it impairs my breathing . I am unable to tape or use a chinstrap comfortably with the AirTouch. Leaks are also an issue. Happy to go back to the F20.

Re: How often do Upgraded machines come out?
The terrific Amazon prices recently, may suggest a newer model is in the works . I recently upgraded from a 560 auto which worked well but was becoming a little noisy. Was anxious to try the Resmed Airsense 10 auto just because of the slightly better reviews it has compared to the Dreamstation and t...

Re: AirTouch™ F20 mask
That is discouraging to hear. Air Touch cushion arrives today. Minimum pressure of 16. Air diffuser on the F20 is already noisy @ pressures of 15 and above. The hope is to get a great seal with the foam Air touch, reduce pressure to under 15 and to be happy ever after...

Re: Tape my Mouth
What is the best tape to use. Am using a full face mask but I have some mouth breathing. Thanks. 3M Micropore Surgical Tape. Either 1" or 2" and is sold @ Walmart. Some people find the adhesive is a little too strong and to fix it, they place the strip on their skin and remove it a few times before...

Re: F20 FFM "farting"
I find the venting system/air diffuser on the F20 to be much louder than the venting on the F10. Think you are onto something with the air trying to escape faster than the F20 allows, creating noise and other areas for the air to be expelled.

Re: ResMed F10 VS ResMed F20
I wear a large in the F10. When trying on the F20, the medium seemed to be the correct size for me. After trying the medium F20 for several days, my bottom lip was falling beneath the the cushion, more and more often. Have since been using the F20 large with no issues.
