There is some very good advice online concerning how to choose a provider
--one focused on healing rather than profit.
Any person can make you feel better, and gain your confidence;
but there are no guarantees you cannot get hurt, especially if you are not careful.
My city has attracted some of the worst kind--with several deaths resulting.

I've struggled with back pain, particularly after starting a new medication that disrupted my sleep pattern. Like you, my pain varied in intensity and location, making it hard to find a comfortable sleeping position. I tried several home remedies, but what really made a difference was physiotherapy.

At Wright's Wellness Clinic, I worked with Denisha Thompson, who helped me understand the connection between my sleep posture and back pain. She provided tailored exercises that improved my back strength and flexibility, significantly reducing the pain. Her approach was holistic, considering not just the physical but also lifestyle factors affecting my sleep and posture. Thanks to this, I could manage my pain effectively without drastic measures like the shock device your doctor mentioned.
