anybody else feel like they were being choked during the daytime hours after begining use of the cpap? I`ve noticed since I`ve been using the cpap I almost feel like I have a necktie on thats too tight. Its right at the base of my throat anybody else get this feeling?

I lost my voice about 3 weeks into cpap therapy and the reason I was given was that the blowing air added to several other issues I had pushed my vocal cord past their limit and they are now very irritated and inflamed. Hopefully, by treating my GERD (gastro-esophageal-reflux-disease) It will bring things back to normal. Perhaps you have some inflamation in your throat somewhere besides your cords?
