There has been some advancements in treating oral mucositis resulting from chemo. It may be worth checking out.

I had a full body, head to toe PET scan.
I got the results today--it is confined to lymph nodes in the right side of my neck,
making it stage 1A. Lucky me. Really.

Being proactive about your health isn't over rated. Catching it at stage 1A is going to make all the difference.

Short hair is "growing" on me.
I thought I'd hate it, but this morning's bed head had a rather sassy look.
I not only left the cowlick, but encouraged more hair to stand up with it.
I like the way it looks.
The other day, I shopped for wigs, but now I am thinking shorter than before.
I need to look for earrings.
