Airsense 10 - Knocking/Ticking Noise When Breathing

Lately, I've started to hear a knocking sound on each breath I take with the machine. It sounds like it's coming from the water chamber and I've tried removing the water chamber and re-inserting thinking perhaps it wasn't snugly in place but it was. There was still water in the chamber so not sure what might be causing this. It kept me up for most of the night until I just got fed up and turned off the machine. Anyone experience this before?

Check for water/moisture in the hose...."rainout".

Thanks will check that. If this is the issue, do I decrease the temperature setting or the humidity level?

For unwanted condensation in the mask or hose you have to either INCREASE the hose air temp to prevent the hose air from cooling to the point of releasing the moisture or maybe reduce the humidity setting.

Didn't see any condensation or moisture in the tube. my current temperate setting is 28.0 degrees Celsius and humidity level is only set to 2.0. Wonder if the knocking noise is something else?

I had a clunking noise when breathing due to the humidifier not sealing correctly, I pulled of the seals reseated and problem went away

My Airsense 10 humidifier frequently makes that knocking noise. Reseating the gasket works for a few weeks before the noise comes back.

I did the same thing. That doesn't mean that there aren't other causes, but it is a frequent cause.

I get tube knocking after about 6 hrs. of use lately. I can stop it by adding more water to tank. Of course this means disconnecting hose and getting up to get water. Anyone use this technique to stop their knocking sound? Other suggested methods?
