I think you'll find this in most countries. In the poorest countries, there might just not be enough resources to make such a study.

I don't see that the topic of Anti-Antisemitism, the political situation in Israel, its conflicts with neighbors, or like matters are relevant to the discussion at hand.

This is simply a questions of economic disparity that exists in just about every country on the planet! The study happened to have been done in Israel, but'I think that in pretty much any country (or alt least where most people's basic needs are met), you will find the same situation. There is nothing unique about Israel, at least not in regard to this question.
