getting rid of air

Post by Shnorky » Tue May 22, 2018 5:29 am

Hi everybody!

So after 1.5 years on cpap now it seems, aerophagia doesn't so much go away as that you get used to it
During the yearly checkup the gp tried to do an ultrasound and... couldn't see a thing as it seems cpap-aerophagia will turn you into a walking balloon! (nobody tried to kick me yet luckily)
Then she gave me some kind of soap pills which are supposed to break up air bubbles.
Have any of you managed to get rid of all that trapped air somehow?
Any stories, recommendations? :)

flatulence
Sorry, but that's my only "solution".

Thank you - yes, I'm farting and burping all day long, even with taichi every morning.
If I lie down and tap with my fingers over the stomach area, it sounds like a taut drum :D
