Hello I have a Phillips resproics bipap pro biflex system one with sd card. Is there a way to download a report of compliance for my DOT doctor?

Yes, software is available.

SleepyHead will work with the System One machines but I don't know if the DOT doctor is going to know or trust SleepyHead software and you might need to be using the Respironics brand software.
If you go here you can find the instructions for what you need to do to request the Encore software...and I suggest that you get Encore Basic as it is a lot easier to deal with than Encore Pro. Windows only software though.

The writer of SleepyHead explicitly states the software is not to be used for compliance purposes.

While Watkins doesn't want to be involved in anything "official", it's entirely up to the person the OP is giving the report to.

Mark's little warning about SleepyHead not being for compliance reporting is a Cover Your Ass legality statement.
SleepyHead can be used by anyone for anything they want to use it for but if the doctor isn't familiar with it then the doctor probably won't trust the results.
If the machine is compatible with SleepyHead then I have never seen the data not be accurate.
Now I have seen some inaccurate hours of use data when the machine isn't compatible but those have been those upper end rarely used machines....like the PR System One ST kind of machine like the guy in England is using and SH only reports first sleep session and not any of the others.
SleepyHead isn't compatible with all machines though.
Pretty much anyone needing to make DOT happy is going to want name brand software reports though.

It would be a good idea to check with your DOT DR., and find out what they want and ask how you can get it for them. Your livelyhood is a pretty important thing to protect. Jim
