blue blocker clip on for glasses

Post by Goofproof » Fri May 18, 2018 2:32 pm

AS for the blue blocker clip on for glasses (Yellow vision) that got deleted......

I bought some readers with bluelight filters, yellow vision I hate them. Give me real vision, unless they have good XRAY vision. Jim

Windows 10 had night vision, I turned it on last night, 10 minutes in I turned it off, not for me.

First time ever for me for transitions lenses, and I got brown tint.
I like them more than I thought I would.

If someone deleted ChicagoG's post, Pugsy will be able to find out who did it and reinstate it.

Just reminding anyone thinking this thread should be OT:
Exposure to blue light in the evening is believed to aggravate insomnia.
When something is related to sleep, probably within the realm of this forum--IMHO.
Of course, the value of some color filters (blue blockers) is still hotly debated..

As I was typing, it went away.

If you'd been paying attention, you'd know that nobody is able to delete posts any more beside pugsy, and the owners.

The original post was deleted at 3:27 PM by someone with the powers to delete...and it wasn't me or Carolyn so that leaves one other person.
The only people who can delete anything....moderator, administrator or the person who authored the post.

Goofproof's response was at 3:32 PM. Perhaps when he started composing his reply it was before 3:27PM but by the time he clicked on the submit button it was the 5 minutes later. I know that I often start composing something and then get side tracked and go do something and come back to finish the submission a few minutes later. It's about the only explanation I can think of for his post showing up after the deletion. Otherwise the deletion should have removed the entire thread.

As far as I know the delete button is only available to the post's author as long as no one has posted a reply.
Once a post has been replied to the only available option is the edit button.

I did see the post before anyone had posted a reply. Didn't reply because I had nothing to offer one way or the other.

There is no need to reinstate the missing post...it's clear who deleted it and the reason why.....and that's fine. The person who deleted it was well within their right to delete it.

Nothing sinister going on here. No need to get into conspiracy theory mode or start pointing fingers.

Dudes!!! Did someone just replace the Internet with something else while I wasn't looking?!! :?:

I always knew ChicagoGranny was a closet spammer; I could see it in her eyes.

Naturally, it would be someone from Chicago who would try to block The Blues with cheap clip-on glasses when she DOESN'T EVEN WEAR GLASSES!!!

It's all starting to make perfect sense now.
