Full sleep data for Resmed AirMini

Post by avish222 » Fri May 04, 2018 12:13 am

Anyone know how to get full sleep data out of the AirMini?

Got an AirMini to try for few days and just had my first night with it.
It connects to my iphone through bluetooth with the AirMini mobile app, but the app provides very minimal data.
The app also has an option to upload the sleep data to Resmed but there is no option to access the detailed data.

MyAir provides very limited data to the consumer. I do not know if they provide more to the medical providers.
I assume the AirMini does not have an SD card slot?
If it does it could be accessed by Sleepyhead or added to the new version now in development.

It doesn’t have SD card. It connects to the phone through Bluetooth. Device configuration and sleep data log collection are all done using Bluetooth.

It would probably take a new app to try and get the data over Bluetooth to import into Sleepyhead.
Here is JediMark's response.
If they want support they can send me one and talk the manufacturer into sharing docs
He was not aware that they use proprietary connections It is possible the data is not readable even if we were able to get it to Sleepyhead.

Is JediMark the developer of sleepyhead?

I might be able to hook a Bluetooth sniffer and extract both:
- connection parameters
- the data itself

Here's a thread that'll point you in the right direction: viewtopic/t171290/Discord-Sleepyhead-discussion.html
