UARS WITH BILEVEL

Hi

I cant not so good English, Im German.
does anyone have any idea what that is? (Flowrate in Sleepyhead)

I have UARS , and i use a Bipap with 18/13 setting.
Im still tired. But my AHI is low.

Is this a RERA in the Flowrate ? Or a wake up in the night?
