The guy that delivered my equipment was really nice, I have to say that. I told him repeatedly that I had been using a CPAP for 11 years. His comments would probably have been better suited to someone brand new to therapy. He still should have said that the humidity and ramp were adjustable even for someone new.

I am falling asleep quickly now but I don’t know if it is the new equipment or the fact that the ramp is still on and I am using the humidifier (or a combination of both). I haven’t fallen asleep this easily in years. I discontinued the melatonin and still am sleeping great without it. I may keep the settings like they are for now. Like they say, If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
