New pillow problems

Post by Barbee » Thu Apr 19, 2018 1:45 pm

I got some new supplies in the mail from my DME. In the box was a new hose, new mask w/ headgear and pillow and new spare pillow. My pillow is not sealing great so I decided to switch out my new pillow and save the new mask/headgear as a spare. The new pillow wont fit on my old mask. So I had to break out my new kit and use it. Is this common?

If you are using the AirTouch F20 and they sent you the same..they should fit. There is also an AirFit F20 that still should be compatable.

Ok, Im looking at both boxes. The old box says AirFit F20
The new one says AirTouch F20

Both are size M
For whatever reason, the AirTouch pillow does not want to fit on the AirFit mask.

So both of you are right. And now I guess my profile is right.

I guess the next time I get a new pillow I will be covered. Regardless of which they send?
