Every night I have several CA's that look like this:
I have read on this forum that his is really a 'junk' CA and not a real one.
Can I take a CA like this out of my data to determine my
REAL AHI?
35% of my events are CA's and half of them (at least) look like the one above.

Additional Comments: Pressure 7-11, EPR = 1, Hum = 4, Hose Temp = 67 |

What would be your aim in doing so? Your AHI, as reported, is already in sublime territory........why not just mentally note the apparently spurious CA's and move on to the garden?

Sure, why not... I doubt that discounting them will make any difference in how you're sleeping.

Who is looking at your data besides you????? There is no report card at the end of the year.

You can calculate manually.
Click on the events tab and you will see all of your events. Click on an event and you will see it zoomed in. If you don't want to count it then ignore it and calculate AHI = (CA+OA+UA+H)/hours,
It looks like you had 9 events (6-CA, 1-OA, 2-H) apnea events over 7:22 (7.366 hours). Disregarding 2-CA for example would give you AHI=(9-2)/7.3666

I admit to being on OCD (obsessive compulsive). But some days 75% of my events are like the one above...I just want to get to an accuracy that is comfortable to me...I know its crazy,

Maybe that's the first step to fixing the problem.

Or are you just trying to fool yourself into thinking your issue is not as severe as it is? That CA you showed may or may not have been a CA, the slight disruption just before may be an arousal. But that one is pretty suspect as far as being a real or SWJ CA. So you can think about it either way, but the total addition to a 7.5-hour sleep is minimal adding only 0.1333 to your AHI.
