How do these stats look?

Post by ZzzCatcher » Sat Apr 14, 2018 4:10 pm

Greetings! I've been on APAP for almost a year now (including my trial), and I've got 100% compliance - yay, me, right?!

So I just thought I'd check in to ask what the experienced consensus is on how these numbers look. I know I'm not snoring any more, or very little (per my husband), and I don't have the midafternoon crash. Still hate waking up in the morning, but I think that's maybe just me - my bed is super comfortable, and I'm usually covered with cats, which is nice and cozy.

If you see anything interesting, I"d love to know! For some reason, other than the AHI number, I've had a hell of a time really grokking what everything means and what it means I should do about it. No matter how often I reread the tips and such, it's just not sticking. Some weird gap in my brain, I guess.

Thanks in advance!

I'm a newbie. If I do something stupid, just let me know and I'll try to fix it.

The numbers look good to me.
If you are sleeping good and feeling good...happy dance time.
I wouldn't go changing anything.

As for not being a morning person...I have never been one even before I ever got sleep apnea.
Using the machine and taking care of the sleep apnea is never going to make me into something I never was in the first place no matter how much I would like to wake up feeling like superwoman immediately.
The machine can't work miracles no matter how good my reports look.
