Nope....why is your mask pressure line so tiny?
Can't see the ups and downs at all.
Maybe PR has an idea to fix it...I don't know what it going on to make it so tiny when the flow rate looks like it should.
Maybe try just dragging the graph so it is much taller and bigger...

Don't need the other pressure or leak graph at this time anyway.

Some opinions should be kept to oneself.

(or think you need) your machine.
Yeah.. "or think you need"... and then stop, and suffer the health detriments.

You can see the FOT happening, and the fact that it's as fuzzy as it is indicates to me that it was an obstructive... FOT is much flatter when it's a central.

As to getting the pressure trace to look better, It's pretty accurate, you're not using EPR, so the pressure line is pretty flat, unless something happens...

you could right click on the left edge of the mask pressure chart, select x axis, and then override, and put in 10 and 21... but it's not bad.

He's not using EPR, so it's going to be very flat except when there's breathing issues.... and you can see the FOT in there.

Yeah, I elongated and expanded the mask pressure graph to make sure it really was that flat. What changes to my therapy do I need to make to fix these sub-apneas? Also, what is an FOT?

So what should I do? I'm not on any medications and apparently am still having obstructive events. You saw the sleepyhead with the custom user flags. Now I know what's hurting my sleep, what can I do at this point?

The only thing I can think is to bump your pressure up a bit, so that the shorter obstructives you seem to be having are reduced... If you're sleeping on your back, try not to.

Dank,
You have received excellent analysis in this thread. The problem is that we have only seen a single zoomed in chart. That chart shows that it is highly likely that a near-OSA event caused an arousal which then lead to a false CA event. Does that chain of event fit many of the other events? No way for us to know. Instead of you claiming that you now know what is hurting your sleep - perhaps you could look. You tell us.
Is that the reason you still feel terrible despite having a low AHI??? Or is it Lyme disease, or ... something else???

Maybe your problems are still related to OSA and maybe more pressure will help more than hurt. Hopefully. I certainly think it is worth a try.

Ok, here are some disturbances from last night. To handle the suspected sub-apnea events, I used the maximum 20-20 pressure, wore a cervical collar, a tongue restraining device and a backpack to keep me on my side. So what do these look like? Are they still regular OSAs, or centrals, or sleep/wake/junk caused by obstructive arousals or the high pressure??
