The strap pad fleece things just cover a small area of the frame.
More for comfort and lessen dents in the skin from the silicone but they do snug things up just a little. Less movement.

Easy to make with just a bit of fleece and some glue or velcro strips glued on.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

I'm still here. :) Fighting the good fight. I am still using the Dreamwear Full Face - it seems to be getting a little easier, though I'm not sure that Sleepyhead reflects that? I don't know what all those spikey things are....but the AHI is much lower using this mask than my old nasal pillows. I wouldn't say I "like" this full face mask, but perhaps I'm getting more used to it? I feel pretty good these past two days. Today I had to get up at 4am to drive my husband to meet a bus (he's chaperoning a trip to DC - he's a teacher), so I was up for a while. I'm up late tonight finishing up an organizing project, about to go to bed. Yawn.

Thanks! -Kara
