I hear you...I am tired too and I get great numbers.
But I don't blame you for wanting better numbers to see if that's the answer.
I would be doing the exact same thing.

Do you take any pain meds for the back and shoulder stuff?

Hey...all we can do is try something different and see if it helps or not. It's not like these are border line good/bad reports...  They are pretty crappy.
Time to try a different approach ...it may or may not help but at least we tried.

agreed :)

I take Tramadol but only during the day. I take requip for PLMD at night. occasional muscle relaxers...very occasional.

all of these the Dr said shouldn't effect anything....but, this is the Dr that has put me off for a year. so who knows what
he knows lol

ok...hope this is right......it's the 16th.....ugh...it looks different than when I took the screenshot gah
I am no expert but I think it is difficult to know what is causing these events. The flow rates are much larger than normal sleep so they reflect gasping. I like to look towards the beginning to see what the wave form look like just before the first event. If it looks like the start of clusters is due to OSA then I would be more inclined to believe the entire cluster is due to OSA. If the wave form looks normal (no sign of OSA) then then I would believe the cluster is due to CA.

Show us 4 minutes around the first CA of the cluster start.

Muscle relaxers...very bad for OSA people...be real careful and don't take anywhere near bedtime.
Relaxes floppy airway tissues even more. Not really known to have anything to do with centrals though that I have ever heard of.
I have no idea about Requip.
The Tramadol I take myself but never anywhere near bedtime...it gives me insomnia...I sleep maybe 2 hours and then wide awake and up cleaning house at 2 AM.

We shall proceed with Plan B...

There were enough real centrals during your recent sleep study to meet Medicare criteria for ASV machine and that's good enough for me to want to at least give it a try.

I can't tell a thing about the big zoom out picture starting at 8:38....way too much stuff crammed into the image.

And I still want you to do auto mode tonight like we talked about.

Yes CA means central apnea or clear airway. But that is not what I said. I said the events look like OSA to me. That means obstructive sleep apnea. Have you tried IPAP above 20?

So, you're saying the machine is wrong...
