Having the machine die while I'm away is one of my biggest fears. If it happens at home, I have a backup machine.

Maybe you should give your companion a little rest. Send HER on a vacation... :)

I see the point, one should "listen" more carefully to faithful companion. Asking a question like: Is there any thing else you would like to talk about ? is OK. Asking to clarify a point is also OK. But active listening to their feelings and concerns is most important. Finding a solution and that even before understanding the whole situation is wrong ! It hurts :( It shows men's inability for compassion... Just say "I hear you" ... Offer fixing help only later, after the basket is empty.

In a few more days my companion will be on permanent vacation...

Made it another night.

While looking at replacement machines I am amazed at how often an ad for SoClean 2 comes up. This got me thinking...

I drive almost every day. I wounder if there is a SoClean attachment that would sanitize my steering wheel? I wouldn't want to become infected by my driving germs... :D

. . . sanitize my steering wheel . . .
I am sooooooo glad someone has finally brought this important steering-wheel topic to the fore!

This discussion reminded me of a song (by John Sebastian) sung by Johnny Cash.

Darling companion

Darlin' companion, come on and give me understandin'.
And let me be your champion, a hand to hold your pretty hand in.
Darlin' companion, now you know you'll never be abandoned.
Love will always light our landin', I can depend on you.

Oh, a little saucy mare like you should have a steed.
Oh, a little bridlin' down from you is what I need.

Darlin' companion, now you know you'll never be abandoned.
Love will always light our landin', I can depend on you.

Darlin' companion, come on and give me understandin'.
As long as we keep laughin', bear in mind just what could happen.

Darlin' companion, I tell the mountains and the canyons,
Long as I got legs to stand on, I'm gonna stick by you.
Oh, a little saucy mare like you should have a steed.
Oh, a little bridlin' down from you is what I need.

Darlin' companion, I tell the mountains and the canyons,
Long as I got legs to stand on, I'm gonna stick by you.

Darlin' companion, I tell the mountains and the canyons,
Long as I got legs to stand on, I'm gonna stick by you.

Mama Cass put a nice twist on the song when Mr. Sebastian was her guest . . .

Maybe they sell a Napalm Upgrade, still won't clean but will add a extra crispy option. Jim

Another successful night down.

I decided to skip the S9 models and am working on having an AirSense 10 AutoSet for her waiting for me when I arrive home.

The whistling upon inhale is annoying but other than none of the buttons working things seem somewhat stable...

Maybe an unscented baby wipe on the wheel could improve my grip,
while evicting a few cooties!

Personally, although I applaud the attempt to think outside the playpen, I would discourage anyone from wiping an unscented baby across one's steering wheel.

And as for cooties, I understand that eviction laws have become very strict these days.

Damn! That never occurred to me!
Actually, finding an unscented baby might be a major challenge!

'Improving my grip' has been a lifelong pursuit for me, by the way.

Although, I guess first I'd have to get one before I could improve it.
