Sleepyhead reports only 1.5 hours after 8 hours of sleep

When downloading data Sleepyhead is only reporting about 1.5 hours of sleep whereas Encore pro 2 shows the entire night on its charts and graphs.
Any one have any thoughts and ideas as to why this is happening?
I would like to see the entire night on sleepyhead as well. Right now it only shows from 22:10 to 23:50.
Im thinking it may just be a glitch - maybe a uninstall and reinstall.....
I just installed it the other day and since downloading the card pretty much every night in the past history is the same....

Perhaps you accidentally zoomed in. Posting a picture might help.

Usually the cutoff is at noon. However, you might have the time zone set wrong.

On the left side of the screen where the smiley face is it shows the date time sleep starts and then wake time and then hours of sleep which matches the graphs....
I can only shrink those graphs and NOT expand them...

I think I know the problem but unfortunately not how to fix it.
I need to get a copy of that SD card and mess with it just a bit and see if I am correct.

OP has a Respironics model 961...ASV machine and a Canadian model and not the 960 US model....Noon isn't a factor or the problem in this situation.
Besides...the noon thing is only for the LCD screen stuff and only on the ResMed machine. Not a factor when downloading to software.
Respironics Noon is GMT noon and not clock where you live Noon.

I am pretty sure I know the problem as this isn't the first I have seen with SleepyHead not playing nice with these high end machines.
I do have one idea to try but won't know if it helps or not until tomorrow.

With these machines that SH has a problem with it's because there are multiple session files and SH only is reading the first session and totally missing the other sessions.
