from mild to medium brain fog after starting CPAP

hi guys, ive been suffering from sleep apnea for 3 years, last months it got worse, got a sleep study and i found out i had around 43 episodes per hour. back in decemeber inwas desling with the usual symptoms micro sleepinng or falling asleep very quick at work, mild brain fog etc...


just started using CPAP two weeks ago and since then the brain fog got a bit worse, im loding focus, and not concentrating enough this could impact something while i drive or even losing my job.


why is it getting worse? if i just started using
the CPAP???

For many of us, two weeks is just starting out.
Trust me. It gets better.
Let the experts here address each individual issue for you.

I went through similar issues and increasing pressure actually seems to be helping a lot on that front.

It would help if you filled out your equipment in your profile so we know what your using. Also downloading sleepyhead software and sharing data if your machine has data capability would help as well.
