Can you please redo the image for March 7 and not zoom in at all.
Also please remove the snore graph so the pressure graph is larger...on both images.
I need to see the pressure graph better on both nights.

I suspect the difference is mainly from sleeping position. It's quite common for OSA to be worse when on our backs and/or in REM stage sleep.

When we see reports where there is such an obvious difference in the results and the bulk of the AHI is obstructive in nature (OAs or hyponeas) the first suspects are sleeping position or REM or maybe a combination of both.

Do you remember why you awoke at 2:40? Did you sleep after that or did you toss and turn?

How do you feel about trying a minimum of 10 cm pressure? Leave your max at whatever it is set at.

See what happens with giving the machine a better head start to dealing with whatever is making your OSA worse and your needing more pressure.

Do you know how to change the minimum pressure?
If not you can request the manual here that explains how to make changes.
https://www.apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap- ... tup-manual

If it's sleeping position we can tell you to stay off your back but that's easier said than done.
If it's REM sleep we can't do anything about REM so I think that you need to try to cover both bases with a more optimal minimum pressure to start with...and sleep in any position you want.

At 240am I pretty much gave up and took the mask
Off a couple hours or so later because I felt I was hot so no j didn’t go back to sleep til after I pulled it off. I should also mention I’ve been on ambien for insomnia for a few years and on Tuesday took the 10mg dose but I split the pill on Weds and took 5mg. Ambien gets me to sleep but it doesn’t keep me asleep for more than three or four hours tops.

I do not know how to change the minimum pressure but I will look at that tomorrow. I actually don’t mind the pressure at all and in fact feel
Comfortable once it kicks in. So much so that I haven’t used the ramp in Four nights and just started with it on 8.

So if I change it, what kind of grief will I hear from
My Dr in two weeks at my first follow up?

I’m guessing until my leg gets better I’m on my back with an occasional side sleep.

If you are not truely asleep after 2:40 then those events are not due to OSA. Your events prior to 2:30 do not appear to be a major problem. So your OSA treatment may be fine as is.

I’ll definitely start paying closer attention to times I wake up and For how long.

Even on the "good" night there some room for improvement with maybe a little more minimum.
If you aren't comfortable changing the pressure then don't. I have no idea what your doctor will say and he might get his panties all in a wad. You can wait and see what happens if you get more "good" nights and see what the doctor wants to do when you see him in 2 weeks.

Give your leg a chance to be less of a problem and see if you can get more solid blocks of sleep.
If you were awake when the bulk of those events were flagged they don't count.

3 straight nights now with consistently lower AHI and my 90% pressure is 9.0.

going by 1:40 flow. I think you are mouth breathing, but not leaking bad. You can mess around trying to get a nasal mask to work or get a FFM, your choice.
There also should be instructions here on setting out your sleepyhead chart,
I agree with min 10 for now.

IF you are mouth breathing it isn't enough to harm anything and I wouldn't worry about it if a nasal mask is your preferred mask.
I see zero reason to change to a full face mask from these graphs.
