Wanted to give large amounts of gratitude/thanks for the help this forum has recently given me. I just picked up my 2nd CPAP (GoodKnight 420G)
and the ramp feature was not activated.
I called the DME and they wanted me to drive way down there in traffic to have them set it.
A comment here on cpaptalk told me that I could contact cpap.com and ask for help. The very next day, I had instructions from cpap.com giving me detailed instructions on how to set up the ramp feature. Have been on CPAP since 1999 and always used the ramp before. DME would not even consider doing an auto-pap with C-flex and they charged $1,500- for way cpap.com charges about 80% less.
Also, appreciate the humor in the comments too.
Will stay in touch and thanks again.

CPAP Help -- Thanks

Gary,
I will have to remember your success story and how you got what you needed, just in case I need to do the same thing.
I can't imagine not having the ramp engaged. I would go out of my tree trying to deal with my prescribed high pressure. Nice to know there are instructions for the ramp. Thanks.
