I know you guys would prefer SH data but having only peeked at it a time or two I'm going to limit my lazy self for now to myAir numbers till I'm more comfy with SH and learn to capture images/addresses & post here. I'll get there, promise, just not tonight.

It looks like you are off to a good start. As long as your numbers stay in the range they are now, there is no big rush for you to start using sleepyhead. Your numbers look very good right now. If you start to notice any big changes, sleepyhead may help you see what is causing your problems.

Your numbers look good but numbers don't tell us everything. How are you feeling?

Since Day 1 I've felt better than in years, but just a L-O-T! More energy, coherence, mental acuity, physical coordination and endurance but an even higher incidence of napping which I find surprising. Not that I'm as tired throughout the day as I was prior to the machine's use but moreover what feels to me like an addiction to it, ie; feels so good to awake from using it! But I yearn for spring and warmer weather so I can get outside and walk again which traditionally has been my hedge against napping.

Numbers look good. There are some folks that will say napping is not good, but I am not in that camp. Take that snooze.... it'll recharge you.

Re: 1st 5 day's numbers...
I slept like a hibernating bear for the first four months of CPAP use. Night time, day time, whenever I could grab some sleep I did. I could easily sleep for 14 hours at a stretch. After that it started to level off, and now i get a pretty normal 7-8 hours and feel fine. In my case it was just my body trying to catch up for all the lack of sleep from years prior. And you're right, waking up is awesome now.salinas212 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 18, 2018 4:12 am. . . an even higher incidence of napping which I find surprising.
