Turn off EZ Start.

It's been known to do some weird stuff.

EZ Start keeps the pressure low on purpose....see what it says in the manual.
I don't advise anyone using EZ Start.

Only problems from last night is still dry mouth, still woke up with headache, and kept getting woken up with air coming out mouth, or some air barely making it past lips, or chipmunk cheeks.

Going to try and figure out what to try with that tonight and see how it goes.

Well you have made a believer out of me. I would never have thought that just more pressure would fix your desats based on what was not all that exciting on your reports at a lower pressure. Learn something new every day.

I don't know what to think about your morning headaches. When you were on the added O2 the headaches persisted.

My average tidal volume increased from 360 to 400 so I'm thinking that has something to do with the increase in oxygen.

Headaches actually now start while using CPAP which is new with the higher pressure.

A lot of my other stuff went away like flow restrictions, most of vibratory snore and everything really.

Chart and SpO2 graph looking pretty good. What level of humidity are you using? I think everyone is different, but somehow for me, less is better. If I turn the humidity down to setting "1," I get less leaks and dry mouth.

If it were me, I would think in the future about adjusting your pressure just a bit to maybe 10.5 or 11 cm h2o and see if you can knock out some of the vibratory snore and hypopnea. But we need to work on leaks and comfort first.

It's possible that CPAP for you is doing more than just treating obstructive sleep apnea - it could be assisting your base oxygenation as well (in the absence of scored events) which will be good to inform your pulmonologist when you see them. And further, since you were not using supplemental oxygen, it's great to see that CPAP alone can maintain your oxygen saturation. You can see a period around 1:30AM where your oxygen saturation remains lower for a while, and then recovers, so you maybe just need a bit more EPAP to assist you in what I assume is REM sleep. Perhaps a bit of flex setting as well, to get you a bit of pressure support, to see if more tidal volume helps you even more.

Wonder if straps on the mask are pressing on some sort of nerve causing the headache??
Or maybe position of the head and neck relative to bed pillow??
Any history of neck injury or neck problems?

So last night i had heated tube set to 1 and humidifier set to 4. When i set humidifier less my nasal passage dries out and i can't sleep. I had cflex set to 2. Tonight i am going to set it to 3 to see if it helps with mouth breathing and chipmunk cheeks.

I noticed that my mouth tends to open slightly sometimes on the exhale when fighting the pressure. I think i tend to breathe shallow in general so i don't naturally use a lot of force going out.

With the higher pressures my tidal volume has gone up which i think definitely helps.

My oxygen levels are always worse during first half of night usually starting around 1 to 2 hours in. According to Fitbit and more importantly both of my sleep studies that is when i am in deep sleep more often.

It's been a few months since i stopped Lisinopril and cough has improved some but still have it especially in cold or humid environments.
