Anyone else having a problem with the little red "take me to unread post" thing? When thread is 1 page it works for me but seems like when more than 1 page all I go to is the first page.
For images...
Testing attachment thing.
and drag and drop thing.
Both seem to work. No more having to use links to imgur or whatever for any images.
Of course...just after I go to all the trouble to give detailed instructions on how to use imgur. Wouldn't you know?
I will re do it again later.

Any idea what image size limit is?Pugsy wrote: ↑Wed Feb 14, 2018 10:50 amAnyone else having a problem with the little red "take me to unread post" thing? When thread is 1 page it works for me but seems like when more than 1 page all I go to is the first page.

Re: Bug Discussion - Upgraded PHPbb Forum Software
I have no idea and I looked in the FAQ thing upper left corner and couldn't find any limitations on size. Only that the admins might limit what type of attachment and that's up to the admins. So far jpg images seem to be fine as that is all I ever use.
It appears each time we upload an attachment that it goes into each of our own individual accounts as I noticed that I can see a list of what I have attached. I assume we can probably remove an image from our account list also.
Now there might be a limit to the holding tank size for each person...I don't know...haven't dug that deep yet in the new software. That would make sense if there was some sort of holding tank limit though....
I don't know yet. Lots of poking around needs to be done.
On other forums where I can do attachments I know there's usually a very generous "allowance" in total and not specific to the image size but of course image size ends up affecting any allowance...if there is an allowance limit.

With the previous version, there was a button at the bottom of each page that allowed you to subscribe to a topic without posting in it.bendauphinee wrote: ↑Wed Feb 14, 2018 10:38 amYou can subscribe to the topic when you post a reply to it, with this checkbox here:
Re: Bug Discussion - Upgraded PHPbb Forum Software
Well, maybe it's better if we all just start making "+1" posts in every single thread for which we want notifications. That way no one will have to clutter up the board's nice sleek new interface with something as ugly as a subscribe-to-topic button.

Come to think of it, the Unsubscribe to Topic button is also missing. My guess is the functions are in the new version and just need to be activated.

At present, anyway:
