In addition, they do ask for a written prescription, even when ordering masks or mask replacement, which wouldn't be the case in Europe.
I didn't mean for him to shop at cpap.com but I had to use some products for explaining what each was.
Cpap.com links were used so he could see the various options all in one nice easy place to look.
I didn't have a Europe cpap supplier link handy...I figured he could find his own supplier.
I am well aware of the restrictions that would keep cpap.com from being a good source of most cpap supplies for people outside the US but that doesn't stop me from using their inventory to explain what is available out there.
Once he looks at the various options at cpap.com and decides on what he might want to try then he can find a supplier in Europe or the UK to fix him up.

I am back in US only a few weeks each year.I was thinking about a full-size APAP and that seems too large to conveniently travel with
My husband travels for work quite a bit and has a full-size APAP. We also travel internationally, several times per year. The full-size APAP has not been an issue. In fact, I have recently been diagnosed with sleep apnea as well and will be taking MY full-size APAP on our next trip!

I will say that finding is highly individual. I cannot use the mask my husband loves--it hurts me and I hate it! He's never had any problem adjusting to any mask, although he has strong preferences. I haven't found one yet...3 weeks and counting.

You say you travel to the US each year. I know it may not be the most convenient way to do it, bui if you stay in one place, could you order from a US supplier during one of those trips and try a couple of masks?

Good luck!
