Is it the narco or the apnea you want to improve on (not 100% clear from your note)? Do you find the Provigil keeps you from sleeping deeply at night tho' you're taking it at 1 pm, because if that's the case I wonder what even 1-2 mg of melatonin 1/2 hr before bed would do? ...

I have used Provigil in the past. I had to choose between being sleepy or having a headache as that is what the Provigil did to me. It was very helpful to let me keep functioning while we figured out what else was causing sleepiness. ...

I've tried Provigil, Nuvigil, and Ritalin... all with horrible side effects. I haven't taken Sunosi yet, so I'm wondering if anyone else has tried this? Thanks, JRS
