... and has no further help to offer. Consistently waking up exhausted, in a fog, with red glassy eyes, worsening memory problems, headaches. Adding Nuvigil makes slogging through the day bearable, but this is taking a toll. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

... years, but I'm still often drowsy during the day (so I'll nod off if sitting too long). And that's even with the daily use of Armodafinil (generic Nuvigil, at maximum dosage. But I continue using my cpap because I figure that I'm better with it than without, e.g., no heart issues. Hang in there!

... and he prescribed me Sunosi. It's a new drug from Jazz Pharma that treats Excessive Daytime Sleepiness associated with OSA. I've tried Provigil, Nuvigil, and Ritalin... all with horrible side effects. I haven't taken Sunosi yet, so I'm wondering if anyone else has tried this? Thanks, JRS

Nuvigil alone will mess with sleep architecture. It's still in your system at night even with a morning dose. It's not totally gone. And Topamax can cause some of the very symptoms you are taking the Nuvigil for Tiredness, ...
