Sleepyhead top menu no longer responds

The Very top menu FILE VIEW DATA HELP now longer works even when I load a fresh copy of the program. This menu use to work just fine but no more. It may be a full screen toggle problem. But I need that top menu to change that option.

You did the full screen toggle thing. Didn't I make a point of telling you not to do that?
It's a PITA.
I really wish that Kelvin at tnet would remove that suggestion from his hints. It causes more problems than it fixes.

Try F11 and see if that helps or not.

When I had it happen to me nothing helped that should have like the F11 thing. I ended up having to go into the Windows desktop resolution so I could make everything smaller and thus be able to get to the SH menu options where I could click off the full screen toggle thing.
The options are still there but you can't see them due to the size of the image and if you can't see them you can't get to them.

Is it possible you toggled to "full Screen"? (f11) often when in full screen that menu is frozen. Just press f11 and see if you see the top bar with the profile information or not. If not seen, you are in full screen, if seen, you are not. It is best to keep it off full screen.

F11 didn't seem to work. I then tried Pugsy's suggestion which as I understood it was to go to windows control panel select Display and switched to the smallest font (75%) and still the File top menu is inoperative.
I guess next I uninstall SH and reinstall it.

Uninstalling SleepyHead won't fix the issue unless you also remove a little hidden folder in your MyDocuments folder because that's where the bulk of SleepyHead's setting and data storage is. It's in MyDocuments to save itself in case SH totally crashes and you have to reinstall and don't want to lose old data.

So go to My Documents and look for the SleepyHead folder and remove that folder totally after you have uninstalled SH..
then reinstall SH and download again.
Don't worry about losing any data because it's all on your SD card.

I did everything including deleting the SH folder in My Documents. uninstalled installed and still those menus don't work.

Ah man...I told you it was a PITA to do the full screen toggle.
There's still something somewhere holding onto something from SH despite the removal of what we know where SH is.
Might be in the registry somewhere.

You may need to try the desktop resolution trick again. That will work...I have done it myself. I don't know why you couldn't get it done.
