Breathing problems related to CPAP masks
I can relate to breathing problems with the CPAP mask, especially the nasal pillow system - AirFit P10 - as I had to call 911 and was rushed to the hospital a short while back. No doctor there (3 of them) or (a few days later) the technician at the sleep lab could figure it out. Finally, I self diagnosed the problem (after really thinking about it). I decided to go back to my old full nasal mask - Responronics comfortgel (blue) and - I was good to go once again. The problem was the comfortgel would allow me to exhale and the Resmed Airfit did NOT. I wanted to share this with anyone who is experiencing problems breathing because this might be your problem also. Sincerely eteddybair

Which AirFit mask were your using? There are three very different models.
What about the mask "did not allow you to exhale"? There are tens of thousands who use these masks and exhale easily.

But didn't include which size nasal pillow or the pressures used which of course was most likely the problem.eteddybair wrote: AirFit P10
