Thanks for the responses. I think I am almost sleeping normal again. I have done CBT in the past, but I became very hypothyroid due to a bad batch of medication. Then I couldn’t stay awake but the therapist thought it was the CBT. I am sleeping 6-8 hours a night and it took over ...

I saw an excellent explanation of fargue vs sleepy on here. It is sleepy wanna take nap not fatigue ugh I can't move walk lift. Fwiw I don't take opioids and I'm not obese...which I read can be part of CA. I am hypothyroid but we'll managed with hormone meds

... I am sleeping somewhat better. My problem is early morning awakenings which I am not sure is due to apnea events or something else. I'm a mildly hypothyroid 53 yo male with a normal BMI on Synthroid with acute anxiety so there are other variables.

Sorry to confuse
The initial test was without Cpap
The second test was with Cpap

I have been very active in years before but less the last couple years, due to fatigue.

I live at 5,500 ft

No medication but for hypothyroid.
