O2 Vibe to monitor oxygenation

Post by andrasnm » Thu Jan 04, 2018 10:23 am

Since I was forced to use Apex XT Auto with its useless software and data collection I begun looking into monitoring my oxygenation level. After all most of sleepyhead data was very high level and comprehensive but it was all way over my head and missed the most important - my Oxy level. O2Vibe has the thumb ring that I find was the least intrusive Oxy monitoring gizmo I have ever tried.

Your pulse-ox report shows a very good result. Is there something on the report that concerns you?

Blood-oxygen levels are certainly important. However, breathing events can be short and not cause a drop in blood-oxygen level. If these events are too frequent, they can cause sleep deprivation and be very harmful to health.
