Verus no longer providing Eson mask

Post by kaiasgram » Tue Dec 12, 2017 8:17 pm

We were surprised today when we called Verus to re-order our supplies and we were told that they no longer provide the Eson nasal mask. This must have happened fairly recently. The Verus rep didn't know if it was a manufacturer discontinuation or just Verus deciding to stop carrying it.

DH will have to find a new mask -- any suggestions about masks most similar to Eson?

I missed this one when I was following links, but there's apparently an Eson 2.

In looking at Verus' website I found no reference to what brands or models of masks they provide. Some DME's have serious holes in their product availability. However, some brands and models seem to be more common than others. One of the most widely used nasal masks I have seen is the ResMed N20 - it lacks the forehead support the Eson uses, but its headgear is quite stable, comfortable, and very adjustable. If Verus carries a nasal mask in depth, it may well be this one.
