I'm really bummed. My dreamstation Pro can no longer be set on auto trial. I have used up all of the trials. Is there any way to reset the machine. I can't seem to do it by just going into the clinician settings. I seem to do so much better in auto than in standard Cpap mode. It was a good year while it lasted. I jumped between auto and Cpap quite a few times. Neither of my sleep doctors deemed Auto machines to be the right one for their patients.

Once you have used up all the available resets there is nothing you can do to get another apap mode. If you want apap mode you will have to get a machine that actually offers it fulltime like the DSX500.

How many did you get? The System One machines that did this only allowed 5 resets and after that the reset no longer would make the auto trial mode become available.

Not sure how many resets but like I said, it lasted a year. I changed it quite often and then went for another 30 days. Worked like a charm. Now it's "greyed" out.

Just found a lightly used Auto pap DreamStation on eBay for sale. I bought it!! Woohoo!!

May I ask what you had to pay for the "Lightly Used" machine...??

IMO, the very idea of a limited trial mode apap is a rotten SCAM!

I totally agree with you. I think the Dreamstation Pro is a worthless machine because of that trial mode.

My new Cpap machine arrived today. I am so excited. Back to Auto!!
