Is anyone else having problems with Sleepyhead? I keep trying to import my data and it looks like it downloads it, but the information won't generate. When I click on "daily" it asks me to import the data--which I just did. To comply, I start to upload the data again and then I get the error message that Sleepyhead has stopped working.

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling?

Try restarting your computer if you haven't yet tried that.
Try creating a new user profile and import to that new profile.

Nothing works. It keeps crashing. It download the data and then does nothing with it. I try to open the statistics and it asks for data. Sigh.

Did you try uninstalling and installing again?

Which version of SleepyHead are you trying to use and what is the operating system on your computer?

It now works after uninstalling and reinstalling FOUR TIMES, lol. Finally the Moon was in the 7th house and Jupiter was aligned with Mars.

Sleeping Ugly ....... Wow! I thought I caught your problem. Kept trying to upload last night and it wouldn't take. Then I noticed the SD card was not completely in the reader. Thank goodness. I wasn't sure I could wait for Jupiter to get back in alignment.

Glad the problem got sorted out. My next idea was to try an older version of SleepyHead depending on which operating system was on the computer.

And it worked one day and it is back to crashing again! ARG! Exactly the same problem! I guess I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to read the data. This is fun.

Let's get you the slightly older version and see if it is more stable.
You lose nothing of real importance by using the prior version.

Go here and go down the list and see which version for what operating system.
If Windows...I think it is the last one.
If you get a notice about a missing dll file let me know...it happens with some Windows and I know how to probably get you what you need.

Or...alternately if you want to uninstall and reinstall one more time...
When you do the uninstall go into your MyDocuments area and manually delete the SleepyHead folder in there so that all traces of SleepyHead are gone before you reinstall.
When you do a regular uninstall that folder in MyDocuments is untouched by the uninstall process and maybe there is something in it that is causing the crash. Worth trying...the older version doesn't install like the latest version and requires a bit more work starting it but I can walk you through it if you need help and once that work is done it's easy peasy.
