Problem with Dream Station

Shuts off on it's own, data wont update and Card reads error when I try to send data to provider. Anyone have any fixes or ideas?

Are you using Sleepyhead software? The answers may be in there. Large leaks for a long enough period may shut the machine off if "Auto Off" is enabled.
Do you have the provider manual?
Do you know how to get into the setup options?
If you don't have Sleepyhead, get it.

Automatic On
You can enable or disable this feature if you want the device to automatically turn the airflow on whenever the patient applies the interface (mask) to their airway.

Automatic Off
You can enable or disable this feature if you want the device to automatically turn the airflow off whenever the patient removes the interface (mask) from their airway.
