Compliments from the kids

Post by AMESS » Tue Nov 28, 2017 6:12 pm

Been on cpap three months. Not successfully. Have not found the right mask. Went to see the kids for turkey day. Have not seen them for a couple months. Geeze "mom you look great-robust" Great looking skin"

Can cpap have this effect on the body or are they pulling my leg?

Most definitely!
For many of us, the "improvements" came gradually. Not necessarily overnight.
People just need to stick with it, figure out what it takes to optimize their therapy and eventually the benefits will be noticeable.

Yep I get compliments all the time from various sources when people don't see me for a bit.
Instead of Sleep apnea it should be called "Sleep deprivation, starving of oxygen, being poisoned by high CO2 levels, damaging the body and brain while it's supposed to be healing so that you constantly get worse and can never get healthy Apnea"
