Mask Liner Solved My Mouth Breathing Problem
Mask Liner Solved My Mouth Breathing Problem
I have been suffering for 10 years on poorly tolerated CPAP. I would wake up many times a night with a dry mouth from a lifetime of mouth breathing due to sinus problems. Sinus surgery made it so I could breath through my nose, but I could not break the night time mouth breathing habit. About two weeks ago I started using the Padacheek mask liner. It stopped my mouth breathing. Just like that. This morning I slept till almost 5AM which is amazing.

Re: Mask Liner Solved My Mouth Breathing Problem
The fabric has a hole for the nose and actually lightly touches my lips as the hole does not span the mouth. Somehow this prevents me from mouth breathing. I quickly got used to it and fell asleep and have had no trouble falling asleep since. And I have not woke with dry mouth since adapting the mask liner.xxyzx wrote:======riveter wrote:I have been suffering for 10 years on poorly tolerated CPAP. have any effect on the mouth ?
