Home Sleep Study

I was told by my Doctor there is a home sleep study option. I have been having trouble with my RemStar BiPap Auto Bi-Flex. It's shutting off by itself and it's getting noisy as the pressure ramps up.
I received the package yesterday, watched the video that came with it.
The process is so easy. I put a belt around my chest with the monitor, placed the gadgets on my finger and my nose and went to bed.
I hope I slept enough for a good study. When you get use to sleeping with the machine it's hard to sleep without it.
SleepyHead shows my AHI between 15 and 37.
I hope this new study can help me find the machine and settings that will allow me to get some proper rest. I haven't had a good nights sleep in years.
I am a walking zombie, it couldn't be good for me.
I'll let you know how it worked out. I mailed off the machine.

You helped me a few months back on how to upload the report. The responses I received from you and the group finally motivated me to g act. I will share more when I hear the results. I was thrilled to hear I didn't have to go to a hotel to do my study. I just hope it was adequate!!
