Hopefully, I've got it right now...??

Just wondering if you've ever tried a soft cervical collar to keep your head up, airway more open and mouth more closed... it could help your flow rate.

Your treatment is not very good.
Sleepyhead says your machine is CPAP Pro so your treatment pressure is fixed. I suspect that your treatment pressure is too low. How was your treatment pressure determined? Do you have titration data?

Last night, I took forum advice and lowered my humidity settings from '4' to '2'. Went to bed 10 p.m., with a securely taped mouth. Still had significant nasal congestion that awakened me 5:30 a.m. or so. 100% mask fit....

I did sleep thru the night with no 'Dry mouth' awakenings. Some other readings were concerning. AHI & Periodic breathing. I just don't understand...??
At my initial diagnosis, December 2015, AHI was 19.5. Last night I was close to that level...??

Thank you to all who took the time to look at my charts. I appreciate your input.

Just turn off the humidifier - if it's even a bit humid where you live, you won't need the thing and you won't get congested if you turn it off.

No need to see the pressure line. It's a fixed pressure cpap machine...it isn't going to vary because it cant'.
The pressure is 10 cm...fixed...all night long.
For part of the night that pressure works fine and part of the night it doesn't and that's when we see the OA clustering.

Usual 2 suspects for when we see obvious changes in pressure needs....supine sleeping or REM stage sleep or both.

Given this model machine has at least (or should have) 30 days of auto adjusting pressures (apap trial) I have suggested that this be tried first to see where the pressure wants to go.
Min of 10...max of 20 and changing mode from cpap to auto trial.

Here's a chart from last night.... https://imgur.com/a/PQppd

The humidity level has been lowered still another notch & pressure has been increased. Sleeping with my mouth securely taped.
No air leaks, no dry mouth awakenings. Nasal congestion seems to be improving.

Since taping began a few days ago, I've stopped getting up during the night for a bathroom visit....!! Positive changes beginning....!!??

I'm grateful for your comments, advice & support.

Better but not good enough IMHO.
When are you going to try auto trial mode?

And yes...the nocturia going away or reducing is probably the first symptoms of OSA that I had that went away with therapy.
That alone makes the therapy worth it for me. I used to be getting up about every hour or two with a painfully full bladder...now it's very rare for me to even wake up once to pee during the night and when that happens it's usually because I was bad and had coffee right before bedtime.

Why don't you answer questions? Your treatment is still not very good. You need more pressure. Why was your pressure set to 11?
