No mask fits every face, so if one mask is someones favorite, you might hate it. Go to cpap.coms web site and take a look at all the masks that might interest you, read the comments and make your own descision. No mask is a 5 - 5 for anyone, there is always some thing that bugs us, that's why we keep trying new masks when a new one comes out. The P10 is my fav at the moment.. that is until something new comes out that I like better . Do your own homework, we have all gone that route and chosen accordingly.

No...I have never given a mask 5 stars which implies perfection and I have yet to find the "perfect" mask.
Some are better than others (in terms of my own personal preferences and needs) but I have never found one that didn't have some little something about it that I wished was a little different.

I have tried about 4 masks in 2 yrs. 3 were functional. Meaning they got the job done. None were perfect. I bet None of us would say we have a perfect 5 star mask. Do you have the impression we are all sleeping like babies with no problems??

Actually I sleep quite well thank you and the reason I am here is to help people like you.

You think you are the only person in the whole cpap world with problems ....you aren't. Nothing you have said is new. Someone has already been there and done that and worked through the problem.

If there is a perfect mask out there I sure haven't found it. Some are very good and some are total crap but none perfect.
If you are looking for the "perfect" mask...you won't ever find it. Instead you find one that comes close just like the rest of us.

Really, you don`t read well do you. Why do you think all of those here that help others do that. They have dialed in their own therapy with help from those that have gone before and are now paying back the help that they have received to other newbies. If there were only those with problems on this forum it would be one sorry place, nobody would have the ability to help you out.

I'll answer the question directly as written. I give my Quattro FX, 5 stars.
I like it because even with a full beard I can get a near perfect seal.
I like it because there is no brace that sits on the forehead.
I like it because it is the only that I can get to really work for me.

ResMed Ultra Mirage Full Face.
It works for me.
It was the very first mask I tried and even though I've tried a few others later, this one is "perfection" for me.
All parts are replaceable so if something breaks, it can be swapped or replaced with a new part.
Cushions/seals and headgear last for very long periods of time (years) with minimal care and no "excessive" cleaning.

Maybe if I had a perfect face . . .

I use a P R Easylife Nasal mask. For me it is as close to perfect as I could hope for. It was the first and only mask Kaiser gave me to try, fortunately it worked well and I have been using it since November 2011, Compared to how I slept before with untreated severe OSA, I do sleep like a big, happy, baby! Short of a complete cure, I hope my last breath is from this machine, mask, and hose that has saved me from an early OSA death!
