How to use imgur

Post by heyslick » Thu Nov 09, 2017 9:04 am

My first night with my airsense for her went great. I can not believe how quiet this is, all i hear is my light breathing, and no other noise, i slept pretty good, first time in a long time. My AHI was 0.8. The only way i found this information was i had to go into clinical to get it, i thought it should be on the sleep report tab , and it isn't. Also it is set for auto start but when i take the mask off it kept running, so i just shut it off. I want to try see if i can download my first night on imgur, but don't know much about this.

To see the AHI and stuff on the LCD screen you have to go into the clinical setup menu and change the menu choice Essentials from Usage to Plus.
https://sleep.tnet.com/home/files/resme ... -guide.pdf

The auto off thing not working when auto on works is likely related to your mask and the pressure used. I have the same issue with mine.
When the pressure is relatively low and with a nasal pillow mask the auto off sensor doesn't work so great. At higher pressures it will work fine or with a different mask it will work fine. Not a big deal...just reach over and push the button...that's what I do.

We don't want or need all those graphs and can't see them when they are all tiny anyway. Just the basics are needed.
See this thread for examples of the basics

Pugsy, it is set on the plus, but i guess i have no choice to always go into the clinical setting to get my AHI number every day.

After i downloaded my sd card to the computer, it wont read the file something about windows. I will have to get my daughter to help if she can seriously squeeze a few minutes of her time. She works 7 days a week , and works from 8am to 3am every day, I will keep trying. The myair all it gives me is a score, that is disappointing .

No the SD card shouldn't be a problem.

Can you tell me exactly what the message is from Windows that you are seeing?
What version of Windows is on your computer?

If Essentials is set to "Plus" then you should be able to see the on screen data. Are you toggling between the Sleep Report and the Settings on the screen.
I don't have time to go to my machine and get the exact sequence...going to the beauty shop but will be back later to see if I can help you sort it out.

pugsy, i did get loaded to sleepy head, but after that i am lost of what to do. How many post do you need before i can try and put it on this site.

No problem, i have to take my husband to the dr to get some of the bandages removed from his hand. Last Thursday he had a table saw accident, it cost him 3 tips of his finger, had surgery on Friday, so now the index finger will be 1/4 inch shorter, as long as he gets full use it will be okay.

Mean later while i will try to explain what i do , i really don't want to always go into the clinical settings.
Do you just copy and past what you need off of sleepy head, i know how to do that much, lol

Copy/paste works okay for numbers but for images of the report we usually do screen shots.

When you look at your machine you should see 2 boxes. One is My Settings and the other is the Sleep Report. You should be able to toggle back and forth between the 2 choices.
So tell me what you see if you highlight and click/push the round knob.. on the Sleep Report box.

sleep Report
Home
usage hours
events per hour
mask seal
Humidifier
myair, which is useless

this is all under the sleep report, without going into clinical setting

Ahhh....that's all I get too.
If I want more detail I just use the software and SD card.

That's where the imgur stuff comes into play.
You upload the screenshot just like you would a photo.
https://sleep.tnet.com/reference/tips/imgur
Then paste the link for the image into the body of the post.

I'm sure this isn't how you wanted it, but just seeing if this will work, i'm on my own here, lol
it is the snoring i want to quit, the only reason why i did the sleep study.

well i got it all arranged the right way, i was concerned about the snoring, i didn't think there should be any. But i agree it looks good to me. Can you tell me about what the highest pressure i hit in the night.

Right now i feel i am getting t he run around on this DME, trying to find out what my part will be, and they can't seem to tell me.

The only snore detail from a ResMed machine is the little snore graph which you didn't include in the screen shot but based on the statistics the snores would be minimal or none.
I think the scoring is for volume of the snore.

Maximum pressure looks to be just a little over 10 on 2 of the reports and I didn't pull up the other one.
The statistics show the "max" column....10.6 for one night I think it was.

You might want to read this to help you understand what you are seeing in the SH reports.
