Either you are hitting the Preview button instead of the Submit button, or someone is deleting your posts.

i wonder about this with your posts, too. i didn't make a note of which thread it was on, but it showed in the summary that you were the last one to post at, i think, 4:26 pm. but when i read the thread, your post didn't show up.

if someone has a real explanation for this, i'd love to hear it....
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

There is some kind of thing going on with the forum software. There are times when I hit submit and rather than submitting it comes right back to the page and I have to hit submit again.

If someone submits a post before you have submitted your quoted response, your post will not go through. This is to make you aware that someone has since submitted a post before you completed your submission. Simply hit submit again.

When that happens there's a message explaining what has happened and to re-submit but it looks alot like the page before it. I think we get click a little happy though and sometimes don't notice.

It's happened to me often especially because I sometimes have to leave the computer when I am in the middle of composing something. Sometimes I hit submit and don't pay attention and go off and do something and come back to the computer and my post is just sitting there still. That's when I just hit submit again and sometimes I end up saying something that someone else already has said which I wouldn't normally do but I don't bother reading what might have been posted after mine...then I get bitched at by someone who thinks that I shouldn't say something that has already been said. I don't lose any sleep over it though.
It's not like these posts have copyright protection.

Occasionally, my internet craps out, and weird stuff happens.
Sometimes it could be the Force trying to tell me something . . .

Just taking a shot in the dark here...

Is it true (and I have no experience because I always log in) that when you are not logged in, there is a security box that has to be completed before the post will actually be submitted? Just another thought....
