It does indeed show up and those leaks are a little too numerous and a little to deep into large leak territory to let them slide.
When it is above 40 L/min it can miss sensing and recording apnea events...so stuff might have happened but no flagging.
Your AHI might have been higher. That's the problem with deep into large leak territory...we don't know if the absence of any event flags is because nothing happened or the machine was clueless.
The machine will still give you a smiley face for leak management though..you don't get Mr Frowny until you spend 30% or more of the night in large leak territory...you are pushing it.

My own personal line in the sand...10%

If the above report is a rarity then I wouldn't worry about it but if you are routinely seeing 20% or more of the night in large leak territory I think that it would be prudent to try to better control the leak.

Are you using a nasal mask or a full face mask?
If nasal you may be mouth breathing and you should maybe consider a chin strap or something to help keep the mouth closed.

No need to send it in a PM...I see it here.
Should be the same process though. Maybe your earlier attempt had a missing letter or something.

Thanks for reply, I sent the same link in the PM, but no idea why it didn't work.
any way, I use a cervical collar and seldom wake up with dry mouth. I also use "GC Dry Mouth Gel" before bedding down and when I get up during the night I reapply some. Must be mask slippage when I shift position on my side. Seldom ever sleep on my back. ( as far as I know).

My AHI is usually below 1.5 and some nights hardly any leakage at all. Have had several 00 AHI nights but never get a smily face. Must have that turned off.

It could be mask movement. I had similar leak reports with the DreamWear gel pillows and didn't know for sure if it was mask movement or open mouth so I taped my mouth and it didn't help the ugly leaks...so it was all mask movement.
I think because I was using the Small and probably need extra small pillows and that mask doesn't have an XSmall available.
So I went back to the P10. I occasionally will get some leaky graphs with the P10 but not horribly bad and since they don't wake me up and are short lived and rare...I don't care.
