Aircurve 10 VAuto internal maintenance picture.

Post by Jesanchez » Tue Sep 12, 2017 12:38 pm

Aircurve 10 VAuto please I need manual or images to disassemble equipment and to be able to do internal maintenance.
I am looking for a job that will enable me to work under pressure. I am from Venezuela, but I need to learn to disarm S10 since it is a new equipment for me. Thank you for your cooperation

There is no need to disarm a Aircurve 10 VAuto, until the warrenty ends, it's bomb isn't suppose to trigger. Jim

Nothing inside the machine need changing, just the filters, from the outside, wipe off with a baby wipe, maybe or damp rag.

Be nice, English is not his first language.

Spanish desarmar = disassemble

An understandable error.

Spanish isn't my first langiage, however I did take the time to point him to where he needed to go, while you added nothing of value, in either language. Jim

Well, I learned something. Desarmar - disassemble. Now as for the crack about the bomb. . .

Your link didn't give him what he asked for, and your answer was confusing for someone who doesn't speak English well.

And I have a soft spot for Venezuelans, having been born and raised there.

And with the exception of a handful of people this is easily one of the most spiteful, hateful forums I've seen.

Why didn't you crawl off your soft spot, and help. The link I gave him allows him to get the manual for his machine. (the answer he asked for), but it won't make resmed sell him parts or the other things he will need to repair his own machine. Jim

Thanks to everyone for your replies. I do not speak English although I like it I use google translator to communicate. First time I entered a CPAP forum, but here we are all to help each other because they have common needs. There is no need to dispute my bad English. The point is to try to solve a situation and not add problems.

Service manuals are hard to come by for any machine. Not something easily found with a general internet search. ResMed has one but under lock and key so as it's difficult to find them.

You might contact acbio.com and ask them about finding a service manual. They are in the US and do repair cpap machines and recently became an authorized ResMed repair facility.

You might also simply try contacting ResMed.

I definitely agree... I only come to this forum if I'm in a good mood, prepared to see tons of name calling. And yup, that's what I find... Then after reading for a few minutes I leave in disgust. That's why I come here less and less often.
The ironic thing is that someone will probably insult me for posting this.

Won't be me.

FWIW I agree with you and for now I just hold my nose as I wade through the stuff that stinks and try to lot let it bother me and I try to stick to just helping people as much as possible. The people that really stink up the place go on my Foe list so I am less likely to smell their stinky crap.

Basically the machines don't have to be opened, as they generally have no easily serviceable parts. If that's your plan, you would have to have a source of parts, software to calibrate the machines. Generally, the machines are sent out for repair or replaced. Some can be (Repaired?) by tinkering, (Bad hose, loose connection, ect).

The medical place listed in the other post, is a reliable source of repair, I don't know if they sell parts of the machines. Jim

It's disassemble to clean maintenance, not to change parts. I will contact RESMED indicating that I need your technical manual.

A few people here have taken their machines apart and posted pictures here, you can try the search feature or maybe the poster will step up with the link. Jim
