Nose stops up with cpap
Nose stops up with cpap
Can't sleep with cpap due to the fact that my nose stops up, bad!
Re: Nose stops up with cpap
You may not need a humidifier, at least not for some of the year if at all. But you could also try using Flonase before bed... it's a lot easier on you than something strong and addictive like Afrin.

Ask your doctor about cpap rhinitis.
It really is a "thing".
My husband gets it.
I use nasal pillows, because any mask that touches the top of my nose, causes nasal tissues to engorge.

Re: Nose stops up with cpap
The two factors in my nose closing up are #1 Humidity level and #2 A mask that sits on the bridge of my nose blocking the sinuses.
