How to set pressure on ResMed S8 Escape II?

I was given a brand new ResMed S2 Escape II by a friend who did not like or want it. The pressure is set wrong for me. How does one reset pressure? Thanks for your kind help.

From the Apnea Board.... Press the right and down arrows simultaneously for about 3 seconds until the word "clinical" appears. Select Menu, then use the left and right arrows to cycle through the settings. Use the up and down arrows to make adjustments..
