I just saw Cpap online sells the sd cards for s-9's etc.

Of course, any Sd card will work.
I took one out of a thrift store camera that was a only buck.
I see them at Big Lots and Wal Mart all the time.
I lifted the edge of the Resmed label; and underneath was a Verbatum sticker!

You didn't misunderstand.
Any SD card will work...now ResMed might tell you differently (I have seen what they say on their FAQ page) but it simply isn't true.
I have used a Sandisk SD card (bought from WalMart) in both my Respironics and ResMed machines. Works just fine for half the price of a SD card that ResMed has stuck their sticker on.

SD cards aren't hidden, in fact they are becoming old school, micro sd, is now the normal. you can get them with SD adapters.

Sometimes, they are so lazy, they don't even bother to remove the original sticker.

Unless something has changed recently, the SD cards sold by cpap.com are not ResMed SD cards anyway.

But out of curiosity:

I have 6 "ResMed" SD Cards - all gotten from local DMEs

So, I removed the labels from the 4 not in use.

No other labels underneath.

Me thinks ResMed buys trainloads of "generic" SD cards & merely sticks their labels on them

Do you remember where you got the "ResMed" SD card that had a Verbatim label underneath?

Anywho, as everyone has mentioned - any SD card will work.

I still have a Transcend SDHC Class 10 4 GB that was once used in a S9 AutoSet.
According to ResMed, that card should have never worked in a S9 AutoSet.
I keep it as a backup in case all 6 of the "ResMed" SD cards go bad.

I put a 64gig sdxc card in my s9 vpap auto, it worked fine, after the machine reformatted the card, strangely it showed as 50 something gigs afterwards, and I had to reformat it to exfat afterwards... but, it worked fine in the machine, though supposedly it shouldn't have.

The relabeled sd card was included WITH the S9 Elite that came from a DME.
