S9 Runtime?

Post by kennethryan » Mon Jul 24, 2017 8:09 pm

Does anyone know if it's possible to read out the total runtime on an S9 Auto machine?

Mostly for curiosity, but it's getting pretty long in the tooth and I'm wondering how long before I need to get serious about replacing it.

(I bought it only a few months after it came out, been a steady workhorse ever since).

Thanks!

ken

Yes, total machine run time is available.
http://www.apneuvereniging.nl/forum/pdf ... manual.pdf

Hold down the two silver buttons (has two check marks and has an i) for about 3 seconds

turn knob so that the "Sleep Quality" tab is highlighted.
tap the knob so that the tab to the left is orange. This means it is selected.
turn the knob again and the stuff inside the tab will scroll down.
all the way down to the bottom should be "run hours". This is the total time your machine has been turned on. This number cannot be changed. Used hours can be, run hours cannot.

Run hours will differ from therapy hours because of the "cool down" time the machine runs at a low level pressure after you remove the mask and turn it off. Typically around 30 minutes or so. So you will have more run hours than therapy hours even if you were the only user for the machine and it had 0 hours on it when you got it.
